A discounted Trestle Bike Park Lift Ticket is offered for $43 with the purchase of a bike rental.

RENTAL RAIN CHECK
A raincheck will be provided if lifts are stopped due to adverse weather for 70 consecutive minutes. To claim a raincheck issued during the 2021 Summer season, please Click here and complete the form at least 48 hours in advance. Rainchecks will be honored if inventory is not sold out on the requested day. A rental shop team member will contact you regarding your rental.
CAREFREE CANCELLATION
Guests can cancel bike rentals and bike lessons penalty-free up to 7 days in advance of arrival or rebook for later in the season. Purchases become non-refundable 7 days prior to arrival. Up to 9am MT the day prior to arrival, purchases may be rebooked for a different date during the current season. There is no rebooking fee and price differences will be charged. Guests who are not able to use purchased product in the current season may request a resort credit that may be used within a year.
Requests for modifications to dates and/or packages after 9am MT day prior to arrival can be requested by emailing the following contacts.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RENTAL
It is recommended that you book your rental 48 hours in advance to guarantee your bike. When booking you will select a fit time between 9am - 11:30am. This is the time you will come to Trestle Bike Park Shop to pick up your bike, located in the Village at Winter Park.
Guests are required to provide all necessary information for all members of their party at the time of booking including name, date of birth, phone number, email address, height, weight (260 Lbs. max weight), ability level, and fitting time or you will not have a reservation.
If you have purchased lift tickets for the day, these will be given to you during your fitting if they have not been mailed in advance. You will not need to pick up your lift tickets at the ticket window.Valid credit card and valid ID required to be presented at time of bike rental pick-up.
A credit card is required for any incidentals. Credit card is recorded, but not charged - unless needed in the case of bike damage without damage waiver or due to negligence.
While we cannot guarantee specific bike requests, we offer both enduro style single crowns and full suspension downhill bikes in the trestle package. Please send a request to rentals@winterparkresort.com, with reservation date, order ID, and preference and we will do our best to accommodate.
